Unforgettable trip

Thank you to you and the Express To Russia team for an unforgettable trip. My husband and I truly had a wonderful time and felt not only safe, but looked after and even spoiled by our tour guides. We really had an opportunity to experience the Russian culture, people and history and this trip was actually one of the best we have ever had! I have already mentioned to Yulia who assisted us with our booking that we will refer everyone we know to go and experience this with Express to Russia.

So many more people need to experience what we have experienced. Again I greatly appreciate how you and your team have treated us every step of the way. Even though our St Petersburg trip coincided with the COVID-19 shutdown of many museums and churches, our tour guide and Yulia tried their best to make up for it and show us alternate places. My husband and I would like to return to St Petersburg in future so see some of the places we have missed out on and we will definitely be in touch with your company when we do!

Very professional with great customer service

Express to Russia did a great job for us. We had traveled to a lot of places. Russia is tough to do on your own because few people speak another language and the majority of people in the tourist business do not care or are plain rude. This company arranged a 4 day tour of the Golden Ring for us. They were very professional with great customer service. They had a van, a driver and a professional tourist guide assigned to us, who had everything well planned and executed. Mind you, this is not Las Vegas and the infrastructure is just not there. However, unless you go with a big group tour, to me this is the best option and you will see and learn more about this beautiful region. A couple of extras were that our guide went out of her way to make sure we got to the right station and train when they dropped us off to go to St Petersburgh and the tour director at the office saved us at the last minute getting us the same train tickets where another Russian tour company failed miserably. I would do it again, no question. Very happy.

Everything was organised to perfection

We returned home yesterday and I have a need to write without delay to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Russia and that we very greatly appreciate everything you did to ensure that everything was organised to perfection. We were not easy clients, but you responded to all our queries, requests, uncertainties and crises with speed, friendliness and superb efficiency. In particular, I must thank you for dealing with the problem of our missed connection in Dubai. Your immediate response to our frantic messages was most reassuring and it was wonderful to be met in Moscow by a concerned and welcoming driver even though it was midnight by the time we cleared customs and immigration. All the other arrangements went like clockwork and we had a wonderful time throughout our tour. The on-board manager, Natalya, was knowledgeable and efficient - and a lovely person - and beautiful weather contributed greatly to our overall experience. I know you didn't arrange the weather, but you arranged everything else, and for that we thank you most warmly.
